They won't hit you much, and you can get your arrows.

25 > 35 barbarains

You can hide behind the tables and then get your arrows

35 > 50 edgeville guards

you can lock them in, hit them and the nget your arrows.

Barbarians are south of varrock in the pubbie bit.

Edgeville is just up from Barbarian village.
