A face is a wrestler who is liked by the fans ie Batista
A heel is a wrestler that gets heat from the crowd ie Randy OrtonUsed to be GraysAthChaz

Yeah
"Face" is often called "Babyface" but they both mean the same thing. Wrestlers often take a "Heel" turn which means they go from good to bad and vice versa
