I wont do a full detailed C&C but ill give you some pointers:

1) The navigation is one of the most important items on a website, yet yours is small and tucked away in a corner

2) People would never click on those side images. Why? Because what on earth would they click them for, they have no reason why as there is no information on there.

3) Hosting websites (professional) mostly go for a white background. Although your layout is clean, it isn't very user interactive. Next time, try adding more detail, research a few things. Try adding such things as partners, advertisment area's and even possibly a CPanel login system intergrated within the site.

4) The banner has nothing to do with Hosting or what ever the template is design for, Try and make the design for a purpose, not multy as you would try to include too much or too little, this time it's too little.

The 'try hosting' boxes are good but did you even make them? considering the conent boxes are very plain.

But try add more detail in the content boxes.

personally dont like the banner simply because it doesnt look to proffesional with random 'graffiti tool' through it. sorry.
