Yes well another fansite here it comes, But this offers something new.
Ive just finished the layout, images are still to be deicded so i put some random things in but banner and ad and layout is staying, just right and cornor image to decide.

So why do people have to contact you if they want to use that layout when it's available [for free I might add] on HabboRing because that makes it out that you are claiming it's yours.
