From the TOS of your upload site:
DUOpower will not accept this following images/files which will be uploaded:

- ****ography Images
- Wares, cracks, hacking or illegal files/programs
- Copyright files and images ( only if you have permission to do so )

If you dis-obey the DUOpower TOS then here is the following actions:

- DUOpower can block your computer from using or uploading files
- Delete the files which has been uploaded by you


DUOpower is not responsible for the images/file that has been uploaded. All files that is uploaded are copyright to there owners.
DUOpower has the power to delete any files that has been uploaded. We may change the TOS at anytime.
