Who actually buys the Big Issue?

I dont buy it and never would and 2 of the reasons are below
I earn my money for me not looking after others cass14 But at least they are actually selling a product and suppose some peope might find it a good read. they are not just begging for your cash like the drunken bums near the cash machines.

I imagine quite a few of the sellers go by the rules but.......
I know one who is classed as homeless but lives with his g/f which is wrong.
I am pretty sure the sellers are supposed to be drug free and made to take regular drug tests to prove it? well there are quite a few in Leicester who are clearly taking drugs and selling the big issue.

Im stepping up here to say anybody who I offended Im sorry, I actually didnt do it and it seemed rather pathetic. I dont know why I said it at the time and I never actually did it.
