Well in my business studies exam i got told ma coursework was A standard so i just had to sit the finance exam to get 66% of my final double GCSE award. I sat the exam and felt confident and got my results which was an A. So averaged out that would be A so far untill i did my last coursework. I get told today that the exam board change the marks to a differnt GCSE so it got moved to a B :@ now i have to do really well in my next coursework to get an A.
But science i got a B in my first GCSE for the double award and im not very good at science.

So they changed to a different mark scheme? which meant you got less?

No sorry i didnt make it clear they changed the percentage/marks to lower because on average in the UK there was higher grades than usual

I know in some subjects (Maths) they set the grade boundaries depending on the median UQR and LQR so it is completely within their right to do so.

Bad luck I guess. You must of scrapped the A last time though, because the grade boundries wouldnt rise dramtically high.

They changed by 7% in exam and courswork which is quite a big change
because they basicly took 14 marks away.

Im not really gutted at my A in science, but quite peed off
since I was only 14 marks out of the whole course off an A*

Nice however your school can request for you to redo your coursework to pull it up if your desperate.
