Everyone's allowed their own style but from a webdev's eyes, that's terrible.

You could've incorporated Joomla! into their old layout, not exactly hard.

it just seems very rushed. to me it looks like a bunch of brushes plastered onto a solid background... and thats it.

The site refreshes everytime i click a link, i dislike that, appart from that i like the layout appart from the radio not being on the home page or thhe radio stats
