+44 is the international dialing code for London (england)

If you are calling from outside England (ireland, france ect) then you place the 0 at the beginning of the number with "+44"

so the only reason the +44 is there, is if someone is calling from outside the UK, like commoncurtis had to.

So you need to dial

020 7288 6187 - If you are in England
+44 20 7288 6187 - If you are not

A noob is someone with little and next to no knowledge on something e.g. Habbo. How long you have been playing or how much you own on a game for example doesn't make you no less of a noob. It's what you know about the game and how you play it.
