help:clue scroll

i have a clue scroll that i cant manage to do. Ive searched google but no answers.

its is: Think under the lens in the observatory.spin before you talk to me.equipt a mithril chainbody, green dhide chaps, and a ruby amulet

equipted everything, and now im in the observatory, used the "think" emote then the spin, with no effect, been on before floors aswell


any help?
