Teh isn't in the dictionary, maybe in 'T3H W311 H4RD H4X0R Dictionary' but not in the oxford dictionary. Some more ideas, well I don't think their should be that many more ideas for a file uploader, submit an idea form? Although there will probably be to many links at the top, since you already have about 5 and it's looking a bit cramped.

if you were to make the register thingy cant remember what we called it then u shud make mod accs so they can delete inappropiate material instead of you doing all the work

I like it but you should do the same with the pages "Report a file | Contact us | FAQ" they way they load.

It can't because those pages include their own AJAX which messes up index.php

There is a quick screenie, it looks awful I know But its 99% AJAX, delete.. edit etc.
