I don't think they're biased at all, if it's because you didn't get a badge you'll be okay. The people who have more then 5 badges or whatever enter every comp with a good entry as they want to win the badges more then others.

I must agree with you to some extent RCSS, I seem to think that alot of the same habbos win badges. Although alot of these habbos tend to spend quite a bit on money/time on their rooms.
But a good point and sharing it with the public shows you have nerves
