My grandma died.. for some reason i started thinking about it. she died last year so why am i thinking of it now? :S its making me cry so is it just grief orr am i weird? :S

I was on the bus home from school once when I started thinking about my dead brother who died when he was a baby.
It made me cry.
Still don't know why I thought about it though.

I second that. Normally when i cant get to sleep and am just lying their silent i normally think about my Grandad who past away last year. Hate thinking about it but sticks their.

It's normally triggered by something.
E.g. Something you did with her, you saw something that had a resemblence.

But yeah, when you are by yourself, you can go into a conscious state of mind and randomly think about 'happy' times.

ive done that about my grandad before. i didn't really understand about when he died cause i was only 6 so as i grew up it got me thinking about it then.
