If you the user was to go onto an online radio as you may call it what would you like to see a proffesional layout or more of a playfull layout like;

JUST IMAGINE THIS AS A LOCAL ONLINE RADIO/STREAM.

1) What content would you like?
2) Any special features?
3) If there were events would you turn up?
4) If it was to have its very own 'chart system' would you vote?
5) Would you like to see podcast's on the site?
6) If you answered yes for q5 would you listen to them?
7) Usersystem?
8) If you answered yes for q7 would you like the whole site to revolve round it?
9) Finally, is there anything you wish to add (eg. another feature idea)?

1) Reviews, Interviews, City/Town News & Global News

3) Depends on what the event was, if it was a live show you can watch in some ones bedroom then no, but if it was a big thing like a town/city gig or live show in a proper place then yes.
4) Yeah
5) Yeah
6) If I used the site alot then sure I would
7) Must have, but it would have to be a very commuity type system, chat polls and stuff like that not log in here and thats it.
8) The site should just have extra features when your logged in, but you should still be able to view all the basic content pages when your not logged in
9) I've got nothing in mind atm

UPDATE:

i made that very quickly maybe something like that :S

The first layout is gastly. The second layout, I'm feeling it. Have a look around other radio stations to get a feel for their designs, also include habbo radio stations and any other unofficial radio station, as they have nice aspects of them. I have to admit, the second layout is alot better than the first.
