he didn't remove the link from the thread posted in uk news and rumors though :eusa_thin lol, anyways look on habbotimes.de click Halloween image on top right.. they can't remove that link as that fansite is official on .de

Well they where linking to a official Finnish site, same difference. Providing you don't give specific URLs to the pages on HabboTimes.de.
