I think it's sad that only HC's are allowed to use it Even though i am HC it seems unfair. But i think you need to be HC and purchase a "Mobile Authorisation Key" with credits? I dunno.

they removed texting for some reason and then were forced to remove the email feature because the scripters found a way to email any habbo even if they were not on the console maybe similar will happen with the stalking feature and it gets removed? *prays*

it would be nice to get a few more details on what this is all about.

No, i don´t think it is coming soon, unfortunatley. Discovered this a while ago, has been like this for a long time. As you can see there is no link, and i don´t think it will be.
