yes quit and give your account away and tell them to change your password then go on your anti-virus and ban yourself from the runescape website, it'll be better for you in the long run

Don't quit completely because your aren't always going to be tied down with school work so when you have the chance or some free time, you could pop on a bit.
Whereas, if you quit and give away your account or whatever, you'll have to start a fresh when you wanna play again.
But, at the end of the day, it's down to you.
