Cannon Training... Dags or crabs?

I bought 5k cballs... im 64 range..

Used like 500 cballs already

Should i do rock crabs or dagganoths..


1.6k rock crabs = 70 range
Which is rougly 2-3 cballs per crab

Idk what exp is at crabs... So if anyone could help
