I saw an episode of Penn & Teller ** about this, apparently babies are hypersensitive to pain so it's about 3x more painful that it would be for an adult. At lest they don't remember it.

I did though, I said it is painful. Isn't it obvious that having your foreskin cut off would hurt (and they don't always use anasthetic).
