    I can hold my breath for atleast 1 minute 25 seconds, but when my asthma is bad that day I can only hold it for 2 seconds.

    Corey.. I agree with you, I have no idea how BDF reached an amazing 3 minutes without breathing. I used to have competitions with my friends when i went swimming when I was young - see who could stay under the water the longest.. I gave up trying when the lifeguard thought I was drowning and made a heroic attempt to save me, only to be told it was a 'competition' after bieng dragged out the pool :eusa_sile
