Can someone please give me a definition of what scripting in the hotel is?

I can:

Scripting is where nasty habbo's get into the Hotel using a 3rd party tool and add items that are not really official items like for example: A black Cat you can not get a black cat!

Also like rooms where you have dark green stickies and also red one's which are not officially Habbo furniture

Any other staff can either correct me or add stuff
