I've installed my UK2000 part 3 and 4 and wen i start off at a gate its the jetway isn't conected so then i do a shift + 2 to get the radio planel up and then at the bottom i click NAV1 so it comes on but then nothing happens i've opend my doors etc
Can you tell me what i need to do?

This is a strange one. Firstly, you don't need to open your doors to get it work. Have you tried it in a different aircraft? Are you on the T bar correctly? Which airport/airfield are you trying it at? Do you have the Parking Brake set when you switch NAV1?

You have to be at an gate which supports this feature, there are only about 10 gates at Manchester (Maybe not where your talking about but im using it as an example) that have moving jetways. Read the manual for information on airport specific "active" gates.
You can tell which gates are "active" on arrival as you will see 2 amber flashing lights on the board.

First im at Gatwick 2nd I stopped when the board says STOP I HAVE got my parking brakes set and when i was taxing the board had 1 green light on it

They all have lights on. Check the manual for Active Stand numbers.

Not true. The active airgates can be activated using any NAV frequency, just click the NAV1 switch that is used to switch between frequencies and it should work.
