    Default no sleep no food..

It's unlikey that a fat person won't eat.

Just the fact that I havn't eating lunch or dinner today nor sleept for the past 2 days.

I'm pretty worried for myself at the moment.

So is my family, when they offer food I just say i'm not hungry..

No matter whether you're hungry or not, you have to consume food so that you keep yourself in balance, so forth. Eat little but often, because if you don't eat, only acids will remain and they'll have nothing to work on, so you'll feel even more nauseous and you could possibly get a stomach ache, or just plain acid stomach. Exercise a little more often, so you're a tad more tired or just rest rather than sleep.

    Start of with something plain.
Toast maybe, a light sandwich, breadsticks?

As uffie suggested, exercise, it'll make you worn out and you'll end up falling asleep.

If nothing works, I'd suggest seeing a doctor.

When I was ill with tonsillitis I didn't eat for something silly like a week..

After a few days you begin to feel weak, faint and can hardly do anything.

I suggest you try eating something even if it's not alot it will help. If that doesn't help you should go and see a doctor.

I seem to find Shreddies good (the cereal). They're plain and absorbent. Try it

Don't see how you wouldn't have ate for 2 days.
If i was your mum i would drive you to MC D's and get a phaaattt load of food and eat it infront of you, you would soon want one.

And as for fat/overweight people - for the past week i have ate no chocolate, junk food, etc.. (and no im not fat, i weight 9 stone, i just wanted to see if i could do it)..so i don't see why they moan, when its easy to do and i normally eat mc 'ds and chocolate regulary!

Many people don't eat for days. It's possible. Some people fast for their religion, or some people just can't eat, whatever.

And it's possible for a fat person not to eat. Some people have health difficulties which prevent them from NOT eating though.
