    Also means most people request it within 3 days thus have never been affected by it .

    We usually do add it in that timeframe, situations arise, and we are understanding of that on the part of the user, which is why in extenuating circumstances, Joshuar has stated you can PM him to make your case. There, setting the same standards

    And Rosie, as awesome as you are, you can't claim that this is a problem because its been in place for...since before last Christmas, and this is the first time there has been a problem, so it seems that these issues are very few and far between.
