There should be some sort of dial on your music player which means you can make it quieter or louder! Its great. It means you can listen to your music, without bothering others!!

Pad your walls, insulation but that costs thousands seems pointless.

The only reason you would want to do that is if you were setting up a radio studio and didn't want sounds coming into your room whilst radio presenting...

I live in the countryside so my next door neighbour is 1 mile away, so loud music is no problem where I am.
