And no, its not because I want staff, its because all theses **** sites which rip layouts or have no css etc.. seam to get all the good djs now and then leaves all the websites which have spent days on with no visitors and staff.

Well tough luck that's the world for you. Try and get better DJ's. This is another example how putting years into designing websites doesn't always pay off. Look at websites that have low traffic but the designers have been at it for months, then look at thebestpageintheuniverse.net.
