I think there's a teleporter under the chair, when you come through the teleporter you sit on the chair.

Thanks for the suggestions. The Inflatables were lime to go with the colours but you can't see the lime bit. Only problem is to change the booth chairs I have to tare(sp?) down the whole casino.

A unique casino design appears to be a rarity these days, people just want to show off lots and lots of supers, this one is not just one of those casinos that shows of everything it possibly can, this one is excellent. One of the most unique casinos I've ever seen.
The only improvement that needs to be made is the inflatable chairs, although they may be lime chairs theres really no point to colour co ordination if you cant see the colour, I would recommend changing them to something that looks a lot more green, perhaps the simple green plasto chair? Not sure why theres a gap in the left corner of the first seating area, probably would look better if you added the green fans to that corner as well as the corner they are in now in a similar stacking arrangement. Also, theres something not quite right about the green birdbath thats on your immediate left, I would change it to another black dragon.
8/10, an excellent room and with a few minor changes it could look even better.

That is really good, but i would have to say infront of the booths were you have the 3 bb's either carry that on in the other corners or take them out and put more fridge things their. Only a small thing but it could make it better.
