    Default Erm...

Okay, ignore my other threads. I'm being serious now.

Are lumps on your penis normal? I'm 14, and theres loads of them, and I mean loads, all over it, but none on the top-middle, underneath its covered, at the foreskin its covered, and over the scrotum is covered.

Sorry for the detail. Is it normal, and if so, what is it/they?

It's actually quite normal. If they are on the scrotum and along the lower end of the shaft of the penis, the likelihood is that they are simply hair nodules. They really are nothing to be worried about, but if you think you are at risk of an STI or you are worried at all then go and see your Doctor :-).
