Only a handful of people can use RSC. it all depends on when your account was made.

If you want to play classic there is rscd, but you need an invite. (Don't know about it I heard it off ***** forums)

i had an account, its hacked now but its so boring on rsc, no tut island..

also i got 2fm on it then someone dueled me or something n i died..
