Unhappy Anyone know how to get rid of a Fever/Temperature?

Yeh, i have had a fever/temperature since around mid day wednesday and i have nothing but banging head aces and 3 hours of sleep a night. Am shivering and feeling cold but sweating and heating up at the same time. I have been taking Paracetamol to get rid of the head aces but it aint working to good and i just been feeling more tired and drained of energy day by day. Anyone got any ideas on how to make it better/get rid of it? I will deeply appreciate any replies and will +Rep good answers. Thanks you, Loqo

Sports/Energy drinks might help you feeling so drained

Keep taking paracetamol, It should help after a while and try getting plenty of rest

If it doesn't go after a while, try seeing your doctor who may be able to help with some medication.
