    Default Help me please

    Well basicly if i move my left erm my shoulder always clicks lound and it hurts like ive broke a bone but i dont know what to do so i decided to turn to haboxforum's +rep for help

    I have a tip. Don't move your "erm" in such a way as to make it do that clicky thing

    otherwise talk to a doctor and see if you have dislodged cartilage or something
