Maybe that is why all their paid moderator's are over eighteen and they may have a younger voluntary moderation program? Therefore, more serious calls will be handled by properly and thoroughly trained MODs, where less serious calls will be dealt with by volunteers. No idea, we will have to see when it opens up.Having a 16 year old dealing with certain calls for help is just stupid.Migeo
