Me, Drompo and Frog! are currently in the process of building one. If you can handle waiting about 2 weeks then we should have one you can use.

OurHabbo User System is a TechTuts.com rip-off which they've placed some copyrights over when they didn't make it, so, making it illegal to use it. Oh and it's so easy to SQL Inject and hack.
