    umm yeh anyway, i think most people go through the "emo phase" i did, basically all you do is hide anything that'll be harmful. I've i'm annoyed it helps me to write in my diary or do homework or something, then you'll be occupied and wont slit.

    slitting has never "reliefed" me like most people say it does, like it makes you feel better, it doesn't, if your doing it "right" it wil make your hand go cold and eugh just minging.

    I agree with Mikkaoz, most of you are being ridiculous, how would you feel if you asked for advice and got 'you freak', or 'go slit your throat', your being idiotic, at least there are people who are willing to do something with their lives before it gets drastic, and ask for advice from people who are the same age who, they expect to be mature enough to respect their and others issues and problems that so many people experience every single day, especially through their teen years. This is why this section is here, for those who feel they cant express themselves to people truely close to them, so they seek advice from an unbiased, disinterested individual.

    For some reason, my mum and a load of social workers and stuff thought I was self-harming, so they printed me off loads of 'advice' from thesite.org
    I'll try and find the link to it. Here.
    I found it totally pointless, but you might find it useful

    I tryed to ring that helpline someone suggested but yesterday I had to go out what was good anyway, but today i would have 2 hours alone, but my mums forcing me to go to Leeds for no reason :|.

    What means i've got no time alone to talk to that place, as i cant ring it when people are around.

    Dont cut yourself. Am sure your parents arnt a fan of you doing it. Buy some sort of stress reliver or buy some stress pills. When i go on holiday i get stressed and paranoid for some odd reason and i just take stress pills call Kalms. Their okay, dont always seem like they are doing their job but it does help. Be careful if you do buy them. You feel as if their not working and think "Their not working, i need more" Dont. I did it and felt ill which ruined most my holiday. Hope this helped.

    You can't really just say 'Don't cut yourself', it's not that easy.
    As he said, he's addicted to it, the only way to stop once you're really addicted to it, is to go get help from your doctor or something.
