He got a query answered as follows because he asked a question in the Call for Help, he didn't report anyone , geeze. How thick can you be not to understand that.

You might want to look at the CFH, you don't have different options to select, if you want to ask a moderator something you can only do it by that CFH (or HHT).

None of them actually let you write a message to the Moderator though, they direct you to the FAQs...

Edit: Oh, so they do, only one... but anyway, you can still get "Your query was answered as follows" even when you use the 'emergency' CFH.

Tbh im not wrong not at all. Mabye you can somtimes get replys from nice mods in the morning when you use emergency thing but in rush hour the fact is they arent going to reply to a question thats ment to be a emergency -.-

I've always used the CFH for questions as i didn't realise you could select the second from last option and i get replies? Both options do the same job accept one will get it answered a little more quicker or ignored, depends on the MOD.
