I cant do alt codes

I do all the steps carefully but it dousnt bring up nefin. Why?? It just makes a noise when i clik the numbers. :eusa_wall

Well im on laptop and i have to do loads just to get my numberpad up because it's in with my keyboard

But on a normal comp make sure Number lock on! and you use your number pad
