My biggest pet peeve...

Is when people go, "Oh yeah, in cPanel do this," or "download an FTP client and put your cPanel details in." Does it annoy anyone else? I know cPanel is used by heaps of hosts, but still, quite a few don't use it. My host uses a custom made panel, that does everything cPanel does and more. I wish people would just not assume others are using cPanel.

Because as you said many hosts do it. They just generalise because having a list of different things would take forever. Yours is custom thusly they wouldn't know about it.

Put ur msn name "IDontHaveCpanel" or w/e or if u want it like it seams then switch host??

Anyway i dont asume a persons webadmin i normally whois them and look @ there hosts site ect but im matt
