Yes when uploading things on your site it comes with a user + pass, whatever your host is put ftp.yourhosthere and user + pass ..

i.e.

Ftp.habbox.com
User: Scott
Pass: Scott

Its legal if its uploaded to any host aslong as the vb is purchased and not cracked/stolen

That site above is a domain website , a domain is like www.habbox.com , you need actual hosting (web space to put your content on).
