Don't like the colour of the text, make it something darker, it isn't very defined. In addition, I'd change the white to something else, it's kind of stark with the green. Also, the blue banner doesn't match the colour scheme, I'd change that too...

I'll agree with that. Although the white does go with the article section.
Just too much green ^_^ x'D

Ill give you the bad points so you can improve:
-Drop shadows too strong
-The colours are nasty and all the same
-The text is too big, try verdana size 10
