What is the point in the HHD?

I can see the reason for a forum section but most of the time its full of habbox members talking to staff, nobody actually asking for or giving help

This forum section does help people a lot but the actuall help desk dosent

If people came into the help desk and asked for help then we will assist them.

I admit there is a declining number of people asking for help within the help desk but there are still some coming in who request our help. If a member comes in with a habbo related problem we will always help them to the best of our ability.

You may actually be suprised at how many people do come in asking for help - just because you don't see many people doesn't mean that there aren't any. Aside from it's named job though, the desk is also somewhere to hang around with your friends
