I heard this clips, when I was watching worst POP moments 4 lol i know Im sad. Anyway its a bit of a conspiracy. but they probably have loads of samples of him talking/singing and have mixed them and edited the sound to make it sound like 1 sentence.

theres a load of conspiracy stuff about special numbers and such in his videos and times of death and all that jazz, and for a while everyone thought that the rapper makavelli was tupac because tupac was interested in machiavelli and hes a guy who taught people to fake their own deaths as a battle tactic or whatnot, but thats not him ^_^ its all rubbish though, unfortunately he is dead
