You should get it about 3-4 months before your 16th Birthday (Your NINC that is). When they sent mine it got sent to my old address but It wasn't redirected for some reason so If you haven't received yours yet call up their hot line and they'll put you onto HM Revenue & Customs who will give you details on how to retrieve your NIN
. If you want another card go to your local job center, You are only allowed one replacement card though and even if you haven't received it that will still count as a replacement.

i got mine like a month or 2 ago and i aint 16 till decemeber so probs a few months before
