    - You can buy homes in the holiday communities, and then sell them off in a community alot you own if you have open for business.
    - You can walk to places instead of getting a taxi.
    - Big Foot can live with you.
    - You can make hotel but I am not sure if you can own a hotel and run it like a hotel if you bought one.
    - Your Sims can go on 'Honeymoons' by booking a holiday when they are engaged, so that when you're married you get in a taxi and go on a honeymoon straight away.
    - If you have a neighbourhood which has a beach, you can build lots on a plot of land with a beach which allows you to build sun castles, effectively get a tan, swim in the ocean and find buried treasure.

    That's all I can think for now.
