Garion, start as above in the small planes. Get used to landing those, knowing the basic systems etc. Then, move on to the slightly bigger planes. Once you know basic stuff, it all comes together. Landing in a Cessna is obviously easier than a 744.

as i said to another post,

start small.Get to grips whitha cenessa or a mooney bravo hen work your way up.Also do it in stages try taking off again and again till you get it right.Then get good at flying and then try landing.It will take a wile but stay dedicated and you will do ok.

Up to you but most other people of this forum will tell you it is way eaisier ti take off and loand in a cenessa or a mooney than in a 747.
