Mouseover Delay?

is it possible to make it delay on mouseover because on my site the menus change way too fast and i want there to be a bit of a delay

go to www.xenigma.co.uk and roll your mouse down nav it goes too fast changing between each one any help anybody? :eusa_wall

ok ill try and have a look again tommorrow when i havent eaten as much sugar and cant concentrate on anything for 5 seconds...
