Bomb-Head - The <center> tags are already wrapped around your usertitle, unfortunately I don't believe that code works in usertitles or it doesn't work in conjunction with the <marquee> tags.

Check where the tag's closed then please because the bottom line isn't centered - it does work in conjuction with the marquee tags because I've had a centered marquee loads of time :p.
