Hey, I went to buy a 123-reg domain today, but
http://www.regionalmedia.co.uk is taken - how can I buy it off the owner?
If nt, I want http://www.regionalmedia.me.uk - I went to buy it, 2.49 a year and it goes "soz only 2 years." is there anywhere I can get it for 2.49 and I can do a year?

Find the website of the host,
And then search the URL.
Then send a message to that domain.
Ask him to get in contact with you.
And if you want .me.uk, You could possibly use a different payment method.
If they only do 2 years, And you want .me.uk
Then It isnt possible

You could always try going to nominet uk and trying an appeal on the grounds it your company name and the domain isn't being used.
