I would say that it seems a bit stuck in the middle if you get me. And the buttons should be the same blue as in the background (diagonal lines) and perhaps rounded at the edges. Solid colour. Make them a bit bigger too, vertically. and Space them some more.

I said that as Pit asked me too, Something to do with you not being able to take C+C about your images by saying that the owner of GettyImages says they're good.

I redid some bits, Please feel free to keep C+C, All comments will be taken on board and as many changes as possible will be applied =]

The shine fails, look at a real professional one like gamespot or w/e and copy the colours.

I lowered the thickness of the strokes on EVERYTHING. Amazing difference it has made.

The main thing ruining it now
is the banner. Change it somehow.

Agreed. Make the banner interesting, make the content taller. It looks so squashed up and tiny.
