Even though, www.habbo.co.uk/home/Callie still says she's banned, so they can't just be removing the pages saying whoever is banned.

But that's what a perm ban is, and the people with perm bans have been unbanned. ALL accounts were unbanned. And that's why they're under maintenance to fix the problem, and I guess the staff are going through either banning all the accounts which'll take them years, or performing a rollback.
