Exactly, I recovered one of my own accounts yesterday using that method. Good luck!

I mean say his email was a "hotmail" email, he cud go to "hotmail.com" and there is the "forgot my password" link. Go from there as the starting point

Aslong as you know the DOB, I think it's fine.

Send a cfh saying you can't get on your account and suppy the MOD with the username, dob and eve a possible email...

after that, if not successful use the helptool, they reply the next day, it's really good.

Say you have forgotten the pw to the account, but your have the DOB and you have forgotten the email..
